Welcome to Zeepza! We’re happy to have you here. By using our website and games, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, please review these terms with your parent or guardian.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeepza, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Using Zeepza

  • Eligibility: Zeepza is designed for users of all ages. However, if you are a child, please ask a parent or guardian for help understanding these terms.
  • Free Service: Zeepza is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future, which will be subject to additional terms at that time.
  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
    • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services.
    • Use our games for any illegal purpose.
    • No AI Training: Access or use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
    • Harass or harm other users (though we don't currently have chat features, this is still a rule!).
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zeepza at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

3. Content Creation & Streaming Policy

We love seeing you play our games! We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use game footage for content creation (videos, livestreams, screenshots), subject to the following rules:

  • Monetization: You are allowed to monetize your content through standard platform usage (e.g., YouTube ads, Twitch subscriptions, Patreon).
  • No Paywalls: You may not sell our game content directly or restrict it behind a unique paywall (e.g., "pay $5 to download this specific video").
  • Attribution: We ask that you please credit Zeepza.com and link to our site in your video description or stream info.
  • No Endorsement: You must not imply that your content is officially endorsed or sponsored by Zeepza or Cadence & Code LLC.
  • Respect: Your content must not contain illegal, racist, or hateful material.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Zeepza, including games, artwork, code, and the Zeepza logo, is owned by Cadence & Code LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Basis: Zeepza is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do our best to make great games, but we don't guarantee that our site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Educational Content: While our games are educational, they are for entertainment and supplementary learning. We are not an accredited educational institution.
  • Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cadence & Code LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadence & Code LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Zeepza. Since our services are currently provided free of charge, you acknowledge that our maximum liability is limited to zero dollars ($0). If paid features are introduced in the future, liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@cadencecode.com (Please include "Zeepza" in the subject line) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
  • Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall be conducted in Massachusetts, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
  • Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including when we introduce new features or paid services. We will post the new Terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of Zeepza after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
